This striking original modernist work by artist Ibo Dreyer features a dynamic interplay of fluid watercolor washes, bold graphic lines, and layered geometric forms. Dominated by rich cobalt, cerulean, and teal tones, the central composition is punctuated with accents of crimson, ochre, crisp white highlights, and checkerboard patterning.
The piece demonstrates Dreyer’s signature expressive technique, combining delicate spatters, sharp architectural line work, textural lower banding, and soft deckled-edge framing within the sheet. It is hand-signed by the artist in the lower right corner. A compelling, sophisticated statement piece suited for mid-century modern, contemporary, or eclectic interiors.
